so there is now a study (I forget from exactly where) that says because the East Coast has (apparently) cleaner air it is causing an increase in hurricanes. The West Coast on the other hand, because it has much dirtier air is seeing a decrease in typhoons. I ma now totally confused. I thought that the object was to have cleaner air to stop climate change or at least slow it down.
