LOLZ!!!! IF that works out well and isn't too expensive THAT would be awesome. Can Uncle Billy get me one for Christmas????:147:

I Like the quote in there: " Sort of like carpet bombing with a handgun, but without the turbine engine noise, flight suits or a large carbon foot print."

will they come with dual tactical rails? how about extended hi capacity magazines or maybe a belt fed option. that would be supremely viable and tacti cool rolled into one! speaking of rolled, they must have rolled a fat green one to dream up this.

that handle looks huge, have you held it or heard about how well it fits in the average hand?

If you have ever shot a Five-Seven, I would think that only bigger. Though I'm not sure how much.

Hmmm. Doesn't look like it would outperform the old remington 11-48 on doves. I guess I'm a bit opinionated about keeping shotshells in a longer barreled smoothbore. The Judge and new Governor don't do much for me either... LOL! From my experience, a rifled barrel, especially a short one, make for a lousy shot pattern. I don't have a use for a blender/toaster combo.

Pretty cool, but probably too big to be useful.

Almost looks like the LAR Grizzly pistols. The LAR Had a very large grip and was a handfull with the .45win mag cartridge. I always wanted one but they have stopped production of them.
This one is out of my price range but I sure would like to shoot one for the giggle factor.

Do we have anyone at the SHOT show who could swing by the S&W booth and check this out to see if it's for-real or someone's idea of a gag?

That said, I share FamlyProtector's reservations about being able to get enough of a grip on it to aim it properly. Your index finger is about 3 inches long. Lay your finger in your palm and try to wrap your strong hand around it. See where your fingers lie. Do you think you can hold the pistol well enough to shoot it accurately? The depth of the grip means to me only someone how has huge hands could hold it well.

That said, if this for-real it's the most intriguing new pistol I've seen since the Chiappa Rhino. I'd really like to see one and handle it.

IT IS NOT FOR REAL!!! even though there is a lot of garbage being sold today, this one is a joke. read the article closer and think about some of the peoples names and job titles. does it still sound legit? if so, send me $500. and I will build you one for half the price. after all, I graduated from the Bubba school of gunsmithing with honors.
