Can you swap in regular AK stocks, WASR stocks, and particularly, MAK 90 thumbhole stocks onto a saiga? How about the handguards?

I really like the feel of the thumbhole stocks on the MAK90 (plus the woodgrain)
and was considering picking some up from ebay to swap in. If anyone has done this, how hard was it?

hmm... seems like a lot more work that a simple swap. looks like most of the stock replacements are going to require the trigger group modification though. if thats the "easy part" and the handguards are harder, i think i'll probably just hold off!
