    Some 4150 were made only and shortly after the Stgw57 with Kern scopes took over.

    Posting just a group makes no sense as it depends on a lot of things we have no influence on, to begin with the skills of the shooter and second the condition of the rifle regarding bore wear and stock fit. Don't forget weather conditions, altitude and air pressure and off you go.

    In Switzerland we only test groups with GP11 (no reloaders allowed) from a machine and the "look what I've done" expression is not a common habit.

    Here two examples on how to test a rifle for the group it is capable to shoot;

    A good 1911 long rifle.

    Does a group like this.

    against a private K31.

    That performs like this.

    That is quite the rifle. Just being able to see it is a wonderful treat.

    Impressive would be an understatement. You rarely, if ever, see that in the states anymore.

    Yes 100 meters, the pics are from the shooting range in the back yard of a gun smith in Solothurn, the old W+F plant used a 300 meter range to do this in the basement, every rifle they made was shot in like that.
