Hi I am new to the forum and live in British Columbia Canada. Have just been given a Baikal To3 12 and unable to find any information on the net. It has markings that confirm made at Tulsa Arms Plant serial number 346 made in USSR. Any guess to where I can get some specific information appreciated.

Interesting guns, the Baikals. I'd be interested in a picture.

Have you been able to check a blue book for it? Mine is a few years old, but I'll flip through it tomorrow to see if there's any information.
