Where did this come from? Rare? Worth anything? Meaning of stamps under grip?

Belgium, probably 1860s or 1870s by the markings. Not really rare as this is probably in the top three most produced Belgian guns, and EVERYONE produced them. One stamp appears to be the Roman numeral 5, and I can't make out the other one.
