Based on initial reports, the FNAR is NOT on Fiendstein's list.
Now, it does have a pistol grip . . . but that can be swapped out with a Browing BAR stock and be compliant . . . if one so chooses.
Although find 5rnd mags is a SOB right now. But than again so are most mags.
