I'm thinking of picking up a .22 pump action rifle. It seems the 2 most readily available are the Henry and the Taurus. Does anyone have opinions on which is the better choice for overall quality, reliability, accuracy, durability, etc.? Are there other manufacturers I should consider?

    TIA

Yes Taurus bought Rossi, Rossi was always an underrated firearms manufacturer..I like Rossi revolvers alot...I have a Taurus model 72..it is an outstanding value...

you know...Henry rifles seem to be good buys also...I hear nothing but good things about them

  6. The fit and finish on the Rossi should be better. The accuracy is just fine. Personally, I want a Henry Golden Boy.

  7. 552 Remington Speedmaster and the 572 Fieldmaster are great pumps also.
