I have both but couldn't vote for both -- 357 is great when you have the ability to carry the heavier gun I would suggest the port 357 to help the recoil. the Bersa is great when you need light and small concealables.
I've got the Bersa Ultra Compact .45 - not the 380 - and the Taurus .357 mag 2" - Mod 605. Both are good - the Taurus will be slightly smaller and easier to carry. You can always load it w/38's to decrease recoil.
It's scary but very cool. I have a Ruger Speed Six .357 2". Alot of recoil and noise and muzzle flash but you and everyone alse knows ya just shot something. If ya didn't hit the bad guy, he crapped himself.
My stepdad has a Taurus 2" .357. Lets just say it gets interesting when you shoot full power loads! I talked him into carrying it loaded with 135gr +p gold dots instead of those magnums.
