With the current inventory that the CMP has listed as available which gun would you more knowledgeable amigos purchase? Which one would you stay away from?
I can't decide on the M1 or the 1903's or which one of those!

I 'd stick with an M-1.Seems like every 5 posts about someone recieving a 1903 or 1903a3 rifle from the cmp,1-5 is a decent one.Stick with a garand,even though the price has gone up over the past few years,still the best bang for the buck!

My vote is for the M1. If you want to get an '03, I'd shop for one of those at a gunshow. In my opinion, your best bet from CMP is a Garand. Good Shooting! Eric
