Our Winchester 94 rear sight is off. And I don't know how to fix it. When you look down the barrel the sight angles off to the right. Now the sight itself isn't bent to my inspection, so what could it mean. Should I just order new sights and see how that goes or what? I would post pics but I don't have a digital camera or the knowledge to do it.

just run it by a gun smith they will be able to straighten it for ya post haste. if you can wait,maybe sending it back to the factory would be an option?

Steel warrior first you could try ball parking the centerline of the rifle and then doing the same with your sights I just got my 94 done refinishing last week the sights came off and went right back on over the new finish the key is making sure you hit the centerline just rifght.

I went to the local gun store and he said he would take it up to his gunsmith. I can't figure it out. The only conclusion that i can come to is the possibility of the notch being "UNSQUARE".

The sight is on a dovetail, tap it with a brass drift to center. It should be tight. Thats how you adj windage.

Keep them the way they are and pretend its a Romanian AK, seriously any decent gunsmith can fix it.
