I am sending out a call for Winchester Collectors to help me identify a model 1903 Winchester Made in Belgium For Winchester. Anyone with any information, websites, contacts, experts, would be greatly appreciated. I have the blue book and I also have contacted the Cody firearms museum and they do not have information on this Belgium Made Winchester model 1903. I have a previous post under wincester 1903 with more info on the rifle and I can provide whatever details needed, just contact me with questions. You might try the John M. Browning museum on Rock Island Arsenal. I don't have a number for you. The curator is quite knowledgeable.
