Winchester Ranger Problem

Just got done shooting my Dad's Winchester Ranger 12 ga. autoloader. Shooting 2 3/4's at bluerock and had trouble with the thing misfeeding. Mostly, but no always on the third (last round out of the tube) shot. I think it is a gas adjustment issue. Looks to me the cap at the end of the gas tube/tube can be used to adjust the gas bleed off, but I haven't been able to figure the thing out.

Is the gas syestem on this thing adjustable?

I've never heard of a gas adjustment control. You probably need to clean the gas ports. Try that. If the third shot consistantly fails to feed, you may have a problem with the magazine spring or magazine plug. If it's a homemade plug. it could be fouling the magazine spring.
