I've been hooked on combo's since the 80's with my 22lr. Single six and Remington 572. They each accounted for hundreds of sage rats each year on the ranch. I now have several 22lr combo's, a few in 22 mag. (Also the 22mag/20 ga. Savage 24) revolvers in 38spl. and 357mag. along with a 357 maximum handi rifle that of course shoots all 3. Also 10" 357 max. scoped Contender. (Did have a 357 max. Ruger Blackhawk 35 years ago) Then the brush and timber hunting set-up that I use a lot here in the Oregon coast range, the 454 Cassul raging bull with the Puma 92 454 raging bull. (Of course they can both use 45 colt) I also sometimes pair the raging bull with scoped TC Encore 20" bbl. in 460 s&w. I have caliber adapters for both 308 and 30-06 (Savage 99f and Remington 760) when paired with my 32acp Beretta 82. Actually this afternoon I was fiddling with my H&R handi rifle survivor set-up with a 20" iron sighted 12 Guage barrel. With several caliber adapters available, I removed the 44 mag. stored in the stock, and put the 8" rifled .357 mag. adapter in the stock. My 686+ stainless 5" 7 shot revolver is my current general purpose trail gun. Rifle, handgun, and even shotgun combo's are great!
